Fast delivery and no harm done. Most companies these days just wreck the boxes and don’t give a hoot.

Shipping continues to be a hassle, as usual. I ordered Ridge Racer and made the payment on the 5th, but it’s still not here by the 17th. The service is nice, but the shipping system is a real letdown.

Terminator2, a mix of Marvel Vs Capcom and NBA Jam, is a solid pick! They’re compact enough for home use but sturdy as can be. Lightweight and easy to shift around, I’d suggest securing them to the wall. The carpet underneath does help prevent any sliding, though. I’ve got three of these bad boys and I’m on the hunt for more space to squeeze in another one. Assembly might need a couple of hands for some parts. When you weigh the price against the quality, these are definitely a smart buy. The main downsides? The artwork is just okay, and the screen could stand to be an inch larger, but it’s still comfy for multiplayer action. Can’t wait to see how the four-player NBA Jam goes tonight!

The entire ordering experience was smooth and enjoyable! Arcade Gamer got the MVC2 cabinet to me faster than anyone else and shipped it out way quicker than I thought. They also sent me emails to inform me that my card would be charged for the pre-order a few days in advance, which I really appreciated. The courier they chose for delivery was super fast with thorough tracking, and I could leave specific instructions on where to drop off the package, which was great since I wasn't home at that moment. All in all, 5 stars.

Communication was lacking and the delivery took way too long. I waited for ages to get the item or even any updates on what was going on. When I attempted to get a refund, nobody responded, and then the item just showed up a few days after that.

They helped me lock in my pre-order for the MVC2 Cabinet I was after and kept me updated on when it would be ready.
